Nice and clean facility. Temperature control can be an issue occasionally. Its powered by Court Reserve, so there isn't a front desk to check in at. Perfect for the player(s) who want to join an open play or reserve courts. There aren't too many social events or tournaments that are hosted here (only 6 courts) but they are home to the semi-pro pickleball team Spokane Badgers.

The Press is a great indoor location for pickling. People are friendly and everything is well maintained. There’s a dedicated locker room with nice facilities. If you’re looking for a place to get out of the elements, consider The Press.

Went to Friday night's sponsored pickleball social...They had about 50 people, and for the first time, a DJ! Sponsored this time by Modus Mortgage, and hosted by pickleball enthusiast Louie Flores...what a fun time! Told them to add a juice bar...the only water refills are several courts away..

Come play at The Press! I’ve been playing pickleball at The Press for almost two years now, and I truly love everything about it. The courts, curtains, and nets are top‑notch, the lighting is excellent, water fountains, nice bath/locker rooms, and variety of tables and chairs to watch others play and chit chat before play. Reserving a court is easy as they use Court Reserve, an app allowing easy sign up, payment and door code to access. Chris, the pro, is a natural teacher and high-level player who shares tips freely, which I find so helpful! Chris does an excellent job creating opportunities for players at every level to improve. There’s plenty of open play for drilling and practice, well‑organized 6–8 week leagues for a wide range of skill levels, and excellent clinics with highly skilled guest players. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to seriously improve your game, The Press has everything you need—welcoming players of all ages and abilities. An added bonus is the location right in the heart of downtown Spokane. It’s easy to meet up at nearby dining spots after playing, which makes the social side just as enjoyable as the game itself. The Press has truly created an o

Ok first of all, this was hard to find. Signage is so small I went around the block a few times. Once I parked I had to ask a few people outside if they knew of the location. Since it's new not many ppl do. So I took pics of being outside and going in. It's a small door hidden back under the building. You have to have a code sent to you when you pay to get inside. The code I had didn't work today. You enter it outside. Don't bother pressing the help button. That's for the building security and they don't have anything to do with the door code. There isn't a phone number to contact anyone and you pretty much have to wait for someone to answer the door to enter inside. Maybe it works other times but being my first time going, I had a lot of issues. Once inside the first door, you just enter into the 2 nd one which leads inside to where the courts are. Then you know what to do after that. Play your games, have fun, learn pickleball and enjoy being with others. Yes they have a water fountain, restrooms and tables with chairs to sit and hang out in. Glad I got in and able to share what to expect. I'm sure getting in will be easier with the app and such. Maybe they change the code daily.
